Food was really good. Tender chicken. All ingredients were fresh. Staff were friendly.

Los Olivos Market Place is By far the best PKG location. This was my 2nd visit to this location and you have to dine here to understand why it surpases the others. Mike Alvari, the manager is so warm, happy and welcoming. His "happiness" spills over to the employees and customers alike. It is well worth the extra 15 minute drive for us to eat at this location over Corona del Mar or Irvine, on Michelson, IMO. All locations have good food, but Los Olivos offers so much more -- excellent service, a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere - everything to elevate your dining experience. If I could bottle up Mike's approach from how he runs his restaurant and treats people, to the genuine love he puts into his "work," I'd take it with me everywhere - it's the missing ingredient to other locations. Don't confuse Los Olivos, Irvine with the Irvine Michelson location -- you will be disappointed, as that atmosphere is anything but welcoming and relaxed...but, their food is good. Thank you, Mike, Angelo, Enrique and everyone at Los Olivos PKG for making my birthday so perfect -- Well worth the drive from Redondo Beach to meet my family from Newport -- I knew after my first time at your restaurant, there was no where else I wanted to celebrate another year. I only wish you were closer to home but, appreciate feeling at home when we're there.

I had an amazing experience at Panini Grill! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible service from the manager, Mike. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well taken care of, making our visit truly special. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference. If you're looking for great food and top-notch service, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic First Experience - Our New Go-To Spot! After a long and exhausting 10-hour move from Little Italy to our new place nearby, we decided to treat ourselves to Panini Kabob Grill--and wow, what a great choice! We ordered online for takeout, and despite it being a busy Friday night, the process was seamless. Our food was ready in just 15 minutes, and when we arrived, the place was packed, but the service was top-notch. The staff member who greeted us was incredibly welcoming and full of energy. He took the time to go through our entire order, carefully unpacking the bag to ensure everything was prepared to their high standards before handing it over. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience even better. Once we got home and finally dug in, the food did not disappoint. The beef and chicken kabob plates were absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. After just one visit, we already know this spot is about to become a weekly staple for us. Highly recommend!

Our go-to dinner spot in Irvine. It's a family thing, we sit at the patio, at the same table. We always get Mailet as our server and she is wonderful! Quick on her feet and super sweet! She's professional with a lot of charisma. We sat in her section tonight so, I hoped we would get her as our server. The food is so healthy and fresh, the food runners do a great job getting food out fast. The hosts do such a good job too!

Our group of 10 came here for dinner tonight. We had 4 orders of chicken kabobs, 5 koobideh (ground beef) meals, a lamb kabob meal, and a salmon & shrimp dinner. 2 of the chicken kabobs dinners, the chicken and veggies skewers were almost totally burnt. We showed them to the food runner and he said that's how they are??? I went and got the manager and he said he can get the kitchen to redo it but can't guarantee it would be better. So I asked them to replace the skewer on my sister's plate since burnt meat is very unhealthy to eat and it was so burnt, you can't really it because it was so bitter. I trimmed all the burnt parts of the chicken on my plate but the veggies were totally charred, they were inedible. Overall, food was good otherwise. Service by our server was just okay. She was indifferent and didn't have a smile on her face the whole time until we paid at the end. We still gave her a good tip and she was finally more pleasant. The young manager that helped us was pleasant and tried hard to rectify the issue and replaced one of the burnt chicken skewers. Thank you. Sorry I didn't get his name. My sister liked her shrimp plate and our cousin liked his lamb dinner. For dessert, we ordered 2 teramisu to share and that was excellent. Forgot to capture a photo of that beautiful and fantastic dessert.

I've been there many times and would like to share that this spot has been so welcoming to me. Mrs. Ashley took care of me and was friendly. Amazing food and the service here is good. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out!

The food is good here. The portion sizes are huge. We always share a plate and get humus. The inside is all wood and feels very warm. I love how clean everything is, like the inside of a yacht. There is only one issue that brings my experience down to a four star and seems to be the same with each location you go to. It's the service. They are always understaffed and running around putting out fires. We stood at the host stand for five minutes with lots of waiters running around us, ignoring us. I had to stand in front of the kitchen to get someone's help. Everything else is great. They need systems and more help to handle the crowds.
